For business inquiries, please contact: [email protected] Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1/2 cup whole unsalted, pistachios out of their shells 3/4 cup flour 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup buttermilk 4 tablespoons honey 1 egg 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp almond extract 3 tablespoons sour cream For frosting: 1/4 cup butter 1 block of cream cheese (full fat) 2 tablespoons honey About 3 cups of powdered sugar, you can adjust less or more if you’d like. 1/2 tsp almond extract Pistachios to garnish Add dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda) to a bowl and give a quick whisk to combine. Set aside to prepare the wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add in the egg, honey, both flavor extracts, and sour cream. Whisk together until combined. Add half of the dry ingrediants into the wet, and add half of your buttermilk with it. After combining, add the remaining dry ingredients and buttermilk. Mix until you’ve just noticed the dry mixture is no longer visible. Add your batter to cupcake tins 3/4 full, and bake at 350 F for about 16-18 minutes (I did 16). Combine the butter and cream cheese by beating until fluffy. Add in your honey, almond extract, and combine. Slowly add the powdered sugar and mix until fully incorporated. Decorate and enjoy!! 🧡
