Tethering app: Haylou Fit - https://play.google.com/store/apps/de... DESCRIPTION I cannot in good conscious recommend this watch. As you’ll discover in the video, like the Amazfit watches, you cannot use the watch to even tell time unless you first tether it to the support app in your phone. The phone app will not let you create an account if your phone has a low resolution screen, so the watch becomes useless. In fact, the app appears totally differently on different phones, allowing Facebook login on some but not on others. If you are fortunate enough to actually get connected, the screen is nice and bright and the watch is quite attractive. With the all day heart rate monitoring you’ll soon discover that, if you take the watch off for awhile, the heart rate of thin air will still be measured (and with reasonable numbers that could be mistaken as real measurements). In the app you will see a seamless chart of heart rate measurements, not a drop to zero for the times the device was off your arm. Add to all this that the app is really basic in design and the watch only does heart rate (and sometimes simulated at that) in an era where most devices include blood pressure, blood oxygen, and even ECG charts, and you’ve got some solid reasons to pass on this one. ————————————————————— SMARTWATCH RESOURCE CENTER: This is a shared Google Drive filled with stuff in support of smartwatches.
