Here, she fed the ill with the sacred porridge and nursed them with a mixture of syringa leaves and turmeric paste. After healing the ill the mother diassappeared in to the forest. With the Covid 19 Pandemic now at its worst we pray that the goddess Mariammen descends on planet earth once again and heals us of the virus. Until we can pray together again...
