This 7.1-mile loop packs in 1,856 ft of elevation gain and takes around 4 to 4.5 hours to complete. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, this trail offers a peaceful escape through pine and spruce forests, sweeping views from the ridgeline, and a taste of true New Mexico wilderness solitude. 🌄 🐾 Dogs are welcome (on leash), and you might spot horseback riders or just enjoy the quiet of the trail.
