Here are three macro patterns for clearing stage 21, all of which are humanly impossible to execute. The first pattern clears stage 21 in 2,456 frames. The second pattern clears stage 21 in 2,392 frames. The third pattern clears stage 21 in 2,308 frames. The first two patterns I modified, with the intention of speeding up the originals. I didn't set out to build impractical patterns, that's just how it turned out. They are impractical because they contain too many 180° turns for anyone to execute them all successfully. The third pattern I duplicated from an MNG recording. Mapping the pattern's stalls and turns was a hellish chore, and I won't be putting myself through anything like that, again. It is those manoeuvres, in addition to several 180° turns of various speeds, which make this pattern utterly impractical. Emulator: MAME ROM: puckman Hardware: X Arcade Dual Joystick
