We are here to work, sweat, burn calories, and have a great time doing it! These ratchet hip hop cardio workouts can be used as a stand alone workout, as a put HIIT cardio session after your main lifting/resistance training session, or you can combine them with another cardio video if you want some extra credit! This workout is set interval style with 40 seconds of exercise followed by 15 seconds of rest! Your heart will get pumping fast!
