Sausage Prata Rolls Recipe

Easiest sausage rolls ever, using the ever versatile frozen prata dough. To begin, place one frozen prata dough that has been sufficiently thawed out for rolling on a table. Place a sausage in the center of the dough and start folding the prata and sausage into a roll as seen in the video. Slice the roll into 4 smaller rolls and place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Make as many as you wish. Apply an egg wash on each of the rolls and sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 180 Celcius no fan mode for around 25 minutes until the rolls turn golden brown. Once they are so, simply remove from the oven, allow them to cool down a bit and enjoy! So easy to make and so delicious and enjoyable for the young ones.
