🏁 Jarrow 10K | Full Female Race The return of the Jarrow 10K to the North East didn’t disappoint! This road-closed race delivered everything it promised — fast times, fierce battles, and standout PBs. Runners followed in the footsteps of 1500m World Champion, World Record Holder, and running legend Steve Cram, racing in partnership with Jarrow and Hebburn Athletics Club, and finishing in style on Monkton Athletics Track. In the women’s race, Sophie Hicks made history, smashing the course record to take the 2025 Jarrow 10K title 🏆. She clocked 34:08, bettering the previous best of 35:03 by nearly a minute 🌪️ — and trimming a second off her own PB!
