Niger : Le Parlement européen a adopté une résolution demandant la libération immédiate de l'ex-président nigérien Mohamed Bazoum et de son épouse, détenus depuis le coup d'État de juillet 2023. L'Ouganda a annoncé une nouvelle politique exemptant de visa les ressortissants de 40 pays, principalement africains, afin de faciliter les déplacements et stimuler le tourisme et le commerce.
