This piece was really enjoyable to learn, and I finally got around to recording it! I kept getting it to a level I was happy with, then forgetting / not bothering to record it, stop practicing for a bit, then polishing it up, then not recording again etc. etc. It's really annoying making mistakes that I don't usually make, but it's always the way with recording (at least for me, since I get a bit nervous). __ I realised that I must have gotten used to quarantine lifestyle too much, i.e. I was just going through the motions each day, and last week made me remember how much more to life there is, and each day was so much more fulfilling. I'm not really sure what I'm saying, but it was just weird realising that I wasn't that happy (during quarantine), even though I felt happy enough at the time. Usually in life we have such a variety of experiences each day, things to look forward to, people to engage ourselves with, a range of emotions, but during quarantine, life became / has become quite stagnant, and I'm sure many people are experiencing that too. __ Arrangement by Parad1se, thank you so much for creating this beautiful arrangement.
