Biography Innocent Rugema is a Christian and a young African Leader serving as a professional in charge of Visits, Audiences, and Ceremonies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda since September 2019. Before his assignment, he worked as a marketing manager for AfriXperts (a global education consultant company), External Staff for World Economic Forum on Africa and African Union from 2016-2019. Rugema holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associate degree in Civic Leadership. He is married and In his spare time, he is passionate about prayer, reading, learning, cooking, jogging, and adventure.
