Iran Announcing New Leader Signals Confrontation, No Compromise; US Must Retain Air Supremacy: Panel

Retired U.S. Marine Lt. Col. Hal Kempfer, former intelligence officer, chief executive officer of Global Risk Intelligence and Planning Inc., and host of the STRAT podcast, and Mike Sarraille, retired Navy SEAL Officer and chief talent officer at Overwatch Mission Critical, joined a panel discussion with NTD. The panel discussed how the U.S. military has achieved massive attrition of Iran’s launcher systems for their ballistic missiles, wiped out their Air Force and Navy, and dramatically diminished Iran’s ability to project power. Kempfer says the United States is getting very close to air supremacy, at which point, he says, the Islamic regime can’t survive. Sarraille says the Iranian regime leaders could reconstitute because they’re living in tunnels underground waiting out the U.S. operation, and the regime could appeal to China to re-arm them and help stimulate the economy, which he says is the biggest threat the United States is currently facing.
