Every day, thousands of people receive a life-altering diagnosis, and many more live with chronic disease. Often, they struggle with getting answers to practical questions or navigating the administrative and financial burdens imposed on patients. This is why PAF exists - to provide one-on-one case management interventions that remove barriers to affordable and equitable healthcare, diving in headfirst where the need is greatest! But we don’t stop here. We learn from the case management experience and keep improving and expanding our ecosystem of help to more people through our Co-Pay Relief program, financial assistance funds, interactive patient education, advocacy tools, research partnerships, and community outreach and engagement. PAF is the nation’s largest comprehensive safety net charity, spanning multiple areas of need and diseases across all 50 states and US territories.
