On 21st December 2020, we spent the day at Manea with BOBP Transport Videos, The Great Eastern Trainspotter, The Train Tone and Thrash Lover, and UK TRAINS for a day of special movements at Manea. Seen in the video in order is: 1. In seriously soggy conditions, Ex-EMR 43484 and 43480 horn past Manea on 5L46 from Barrow Hill to Ely. 2. Five class 37s! 37069, 37059, 37038, 37422 and 37218 head west through Manea with 0M05 from Stowmarket to Crewe, 3. 47813 and 43465 creep through Manea working 5L48 from Barrow Hill to Ely, with 43467 on the rear. 4. With the four East Anglia RHTT sets in tow, 66434 speeds through Manea with the horns blaring, on 6Z06 from Stowmarket to York with 37419 on the rear. 5. In simply dire light, 47593 eases through Manea with a mammoth load 15 in tow, mixed between Ex-Caledonian Sleeper Mk2s and Mk3s, along a sole Virgin Trains 'Pretendalino' Mk3 on 5Z54 from Bishop Auckland to Great Yarmouth. 6. 47813 is not hanging around as it sprints through Manea running as 5L16 from Ely to Gascoigne Wood.
