Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. Today we're going to be doing a 10 minute AMRAP workout that you can complete at home with no equipment required! This workout really got me sweating! So grab your water and lets burn some calories with this 10 minute AMRAP workout! AMRAP means as many rounds as possible and is intended to be completed multiple times. So keep coming back to this video and complete as many rounds as you can each time, trying to beat the amount of rounds completed from last time! This workout has two rounds, you'll just go from one to the other constantly working for 10 minutes. Take a break when and if you need to!
