There is a lot of discussion amongst the Bronco community on the topic of mud flaps. Many owners have noted that the design of the Bronco is prone to throw rocks and mud all over the lower door sills, and you will quickly find tons of dings and chips unless you install mud flaps. Also, there are lots of different options out there, with some of them costing over $400 just for the front set!! Others are a hard plastic material, which I would definitely avoid and in the video I will show you why. I am installing a heavy duty, flexible, low cost option that cost only $30 a pair plus another $10 for the mounting brackets. I use the crash bars standard on non-sasquatch models as a mounting point, and I will show you how to fabricate a simple mounting bracket that will keep the mud flaps very securely fastened to your Bronco.
