Mixing passion, laughter, mimosas, mysticism, cynicism and, of course, heat, "Brunch and Hot Flashes" is our intro take on the subject matter. Brunch and Hot Flashes is a short film created in honor of Women’s History Month, shining a light on the often-overlooked realities of perimenopause—with honesty, humor, and heart. Did you know that perimenopause can begin as early as age 35? For many women, it brings symptoms like hot flashes, brain fog, mood changes, and sleep disruption—experiences that are rarely talked about openly. This project aims to spark conversation, reduce stigma, and celebrate the complexity of women’s health and lived experiences.
