Some of the first KOEPFER Model 200 machines are equipped with a CNC control which is, unfortunately, no longer supported by the manufacturer: BWO. KOEPFER America has developed a re-control / retrofit package for these early CNC KOEPFER hobbing machines based on the FANUC 31i control. The package also includes conversational software, which incorporates some of the same thought process as the proven KOEPFER Dialogue software. Existing users of KOEPFER CNC hobbing machines will be able to easily transition to the new Repowered version offered by KOEPFER America. In addition to the electronic / control side of the machine, we will also evaluate the machine mechanically. This will be done to ensure the success of the re-control / retrofit.
