Hello you and welcome to our California series! If you've never watched us before we are a couple of Disney vloggers from London, England. On this trip we flew BA Club World from Heathrow to Los Angeles [LHR to LAX] for Christmas and we stayed at the BLVD Hotel & Suites in Hollywood for five nights before heading down to Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel in Disneyland, Anaheim, for four nights. We got an amazing bargain using our companion voucher from our BA American Express credit card. The flights cost £900 in total. For both of us. Flying BA Business Class. Who could say 'no' to that? Whilst in Hollywood we went on a Universal Studios Hollywood VIP tour; visited the huge and incredible Funko Hollywood store; mooched around Warner Bros on their studio tour; went to the Disney Studio Store Hollywood in search of pins; as well as our usual supermarket fun. On this trip not only do we go to Target but we also go to Ralphs. On our drive down to Disneyland we stopped off at the oldest working McDonald's in the world and then enjoyed 5 days of magic in the happiest place on earth: Disneyland. We have been before but this is our first attempt at vlogging there. You'll see our room tour of Paradise Pier Hotel and we'll take you into both Disneyland Park and Disney's California Adventure. We'll show you the merch on offer and the rides that we go on. As usual there will be lots of screams. We usually film on a GoPro Hero 7 Black, but for this trip we have upgraded to the GoPro Hero 8 Black. Looking back at the footage there are a few things we need to adjust before our next trip, but hey, you live and learn! It’s the second part of our Universal Studios VIP Tour day. In the last episode you will have seen us do the Studio Tour where we got to see the backlot where they filmed The Good Place, and Back to the Future Square, and we finished the episode having a buffet lunch with Dracula, Marilyn Monroe and Doc Brown. If you missed it you can find it here:    • EP4 | Universal Studios Hollywood VIP Tour...   In this episode we are still in Universal Studios Hollywood for an afternoon of fun, and we are off to do some rides. We start with The Walking Dead walk through; we then head through the back door to the Despicable Me ride; then it’s time for The Simpsons ride. Then it’s time for the Special Effects Show where we see a stuntwoman set on fire! Time to head down to the lower lot in the park where we get soaked on the Jurassic World Ride. Then it’s a first for us as we venture on the the in the dark rollercoaster of The Mummy! Why have we never done this ride before? Then it’s time for Transformers! That’s the end of the official tour so now it’s time for us to do what we want! We head back on The Mummy and then it’s time for some shopping! It’s now dark so we head back up for another go on The Simpsons Ride and then on to Silly Swirly in Super Silly Funland ! It’s higher up than you think! We end the evening in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter as we watch the Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle projection show - which is a wonderful way to spend Christmas Eve evening. And that’s our wonderful day at Universal Studios Hollywood done and dusted.
