A Muddy Mountain Bike POV day out in Ravensdale forest. 🌳

A few clips from our ride today in Ravensdale forest. Not too much high speed action but good to get out. The forest was quite wet after the heavy rains all week but grip levels were surprisingly good. It was good to have Jamie out again on the bike, he is the guy who is mostly in front of me on these clips My ‪@SRAM‬ rear mech stopped working after the first run so I was stuck in a very low gear. Luckily it momentarily started working again so I could get in a gear to climb the hills and still have a day out on the bike. It did mean that I was only able to get a few pedal stokes in on the very slow corners. This was all shot on the ‪@DJI‬ Osmo Action 6. I’m really starting to like this wee camera. It has much better battery life than the GoPro 11 I had before. I managed to rig up a mount under the peak of my Fox open faced Speedframe helmet using a 3d printed part I found online. I’ve also got the max FOV lens on. The colours came up nicely shooting in DLOG-M and using the standard DJI LUT. Now to lay out some money on a new rear mech or try to get one through warranty!
