The MB-Harmony Office glass partition wall is an innovative product from Aluprof, the manufacturer of aluminium systems. The system is characterized by high acoustic insulation and is a new product in the family of products for creating internal glass walls. This solution is primarily used to build single-pane glass partition walls in office spaces and to create glass office cubicles. Due to its high acoustic insulation (Rw max 48 dB / Ra1 max 46 dB), it will work even in rooms with higher acoustic requirements, which is confirmed by the tests carried out. The MB HARMONY OFFICE system is quick to install, durable and provides a modern design. The structure of the glass walls is light, and its stability and reliability have been confirmed by tests. The entire partition wall system is supported only by a few basic elements, and the number of connectors and accessories has been reduced to an absolute minimum. Another advantage of this system is the ability to prepare material directly on the construction site using simple equipment, such as a portable saw. The design of the office glass wall system allows it to be combined with both laminated and tempered glass. The aluminium profiles used in this system are light and their height is only 31 mm. The aluminium profiles used are mounted directly to the ground. The frame used fits all types of doors, and its elements are connected using screwed corners that facilitate quick stabilization of the structure. Also noteworthy is the intuitive glass installation system, the use of modular glazing pads and the proprietary counterplate that enables precise positioning of the hinges. Thanks to the use of hidden glazing seals introduced before the profiles are installed, installation is easy, and the invisible seal increases the aesthetics of the walls. The glazing height of this system, depending on the type of glass used, is in the range of 3200-3600 mm. Profiles can be finished in colours from the RAL palette and the ADEC palette in wood and concrete colours.
