With the cultural conversation around mindfulness and 'slow living' growing louder, this is my melodic contribution: a four-minute invitation to stop, feel the groove, and just be present. The synth textures are meant to wrap around you, and the echoing vocal is that voice in your head reminding you to let go. We framed this video with the iconic line, "Carpe diem. Seize the day, boys.
