Descending further, we reach the crystal-clear Umngot River, crossing a suspension bridge that adds charm to the journey. The calm flow of the river and the surrounding stillness make this moment truly unforgettable. We end the day in Shillong with a taste of authentic Khasi cuisine at Rynsan Restaurant, enjoying traditional dishes like Dosiya Kulla and Jastem. This episode is all about roads, clouds, silence, and freedom—an introduction to Meghalaya through slow travel and real experiences.
