Portrait of a Torn is a first-person narrative mystery developed by Indigo Studios – Interactive Stories and published by Firenut Games. Originally released on PC in 2024, the game has now arrived on PlayStation 5 with an Xbox Series X|S version following soon. In this review, we take a deep dive into the atmospheric storytelling, puzzles, gameplay mechanics, visuals, and technical issues to see whether this short narrative experience is worth your time. You play as Robert, a soldier returning home from war only to discover that something is very wrong inside his childhood home. As you explore the house, uncover hidden notes, and solve environmental puzzles, a tragic story involving a mysterious woman named Hope begins to unfold. While Portrait of a Torn delivers strong atmosphere and emotional storytelling, a few technical issues and an ending that doesn’t fully stick the landing hold it back from greatness. Is it still worth playing? Watch the full review to find out. Score: 7/10 If you enjoy story-driven games, indie horror, and narrative mysteries, make sure to subscribe for more reviews. #PortraitOfATorn #IndieGames #GameReview #PS5Games #StoryDrivenGames
