Laila has a master's in Clinical Psychology from Towson University and is a certified cognitive therapist with the Egyptian Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She specializes in working with young adults on issues like anxiety, depression, relationships, and identity. She graduated summa cum laude from the American University in Cairo and has clinical experience in Egypt and the U.S., including a counseling center internship. She's a scholarship recipient and has presented research on the psychological impact of gender-based violence.
