The discussion covers cultural heritage protection (tangible cultural heritage), land acquisition governance, flood risk mitigation, and an evaluation of the effectiveness of the LRP in achieving sustainable livelihood restoration outcomes. Our analysis highlights the critical distinction between administrative compliance and the achievement of meaningful, measurable social outcomes on the ground.
