#cookingandbaking95 #chickencharga Chicken Charga air fryer mein banane ka simple aur mazedaar tareeqa — bilkul crispy aur juicy, bilkul street-style! 🍗 🌶️ Ingredients Ek poora chicken (1 – 1.2 kg tak): Marination ke liye: • 1 poora chicken (bina skin, dhoya hua, achi tarah slits lagaye hue) • Dahi – ½ cup • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp • Adrak paste – 1 tbsp • Lehsan paste – 1 tbsp • Lal mirch powder – 1 tsp (zaeqa ke mutabiq) • Haldi powder – ½ tsp • Zeera powder – 1 tsp • Dhania powder – 1 tsp • Garam masala – 1 tsp • Sirka – 1 tbsp • Cornflour – 1 tbsp (optional, crispy banane ke liye) • Tel – 1 tbsp • Namak – zaeqa ke mutabiq Garnish ke liye (optional): • Chaat masala, lemon ke tukray, pyaz ke rings, hara dhania 🕐 Tareeqa (Method) 1. Chicken taiyaar karo • Chicken ko achi tarah wash karke dry kar lo. • Dono sides pe gehri slits laga lo taake masala andar tak chala jaye. 2. Marination banao • Ek bowl mein dahi, lemon juice, adrak-lehsan paste, saare masalay, sirka, cornflour, tel aur namak mila lo. • Ye masala chicken pe achi tarah laga do, slits aur andar ke hisso mein bhi. • Isay 2-3 ghantay (ya best result ke liye raat bhar) fridge mein marinate hone do. 3.Air fryer ko 180°C (360°F) pe rakhy 4. Chicken air fry karo • Basket pe halka sa tel brush kar lo. • Chicken ko basket mein breast side neeche rakh do. • 180°C pe 25 minute cook karo. • Phir chicken ko palat lo, thoda tel ya bacha hua masala brush karo. • Aur 20–25 minute tak cook karo jab tak color golden brown aur crispy na ho jaye. • Internal temperature 75°C (165°F) tak pohanchni chahiye. 5.
