Honey Apple Cake - very soft and delicious with yummy apple chunks

Hi guys! I made this video in the idea of sharing with you one of my favourite winter-fall cake recipes. What I love about it is that it’s super easy to make, delicious, very soft and has yummy apple chunks inside. Like a treat! Ingredients: Mix the dry ingredients: -2 cups of flour -¼ tsp baking soda -2 tbs baking powder -2 tbs cinnamon -1tbs,5 pumpkin pie spice (mix of nutmeg, gloves, ginger, cinnamon) In a separate bowl: -8 tbs (110gr) of butter -¼ cup (30gr) white sugar -¾ cup (150gr) brown sugar -2 eggs and 1 yolk (at room temperature) -1 tbs vanilla extract -¼ cup (60ml) of milk -½ cup (120ml) of honey -2 gala apples cut in chunks (stir with a part of the dry ingredients mixture as in the video - this prevents the fruit chunks going to the bottom of the tray when baking) The recipe doesn’t belong to me but I enjoy making it every single time and I thought about sharing it with you too.
