Nigerian call it ekpang nkukwo. one of cameroon delicacy which is so delicious. In this video i used a juicer instead of a grater to save time gratering cocoyams and the texture was amazing. Below is the link of the juicer. And yes i added tomatoes again, It is optional to add tomatoes , but trust me; it really taste better with tomatoes as long as u are going to use turnip green leaves.
