Hello everyone! Most of the junk journalers I know, love creating with recycled materials and I'm no different. I collected so much cardstock from packaging and it was about time I made something out of it. This video has 3 parts. In part one, I prepare the cardstock and share with you a few techniques on how to paint or stain it. In part two and three, we have fun using the cardstock we transformed in part 1 to create unique ephemera pieces and embellishments for our junk journals. I scanned all the backgrounds that I created in the Part 1 and made a digital collage kit, that is free for you to download and use in your own art projects.
