Jump into Bird Island Seychelles 03/12/2024

Wow. Just Wow. Loved this jump. Can't believe how blessed I am to be able to do this. While in the Seychelles, the island of Praslin was our home base for skydiving operations during the Tsunami Boogie. Bird Island is 55 miles NW of that. So it was quite the aviation operation to get all 150 jumpers there and back again. What a treat to do this jump into Bird Island. I was privileged to jump with some highly skilled jumpers. 6 of us jumped together from 10,000 ft. Clouds prevented us from getting to our desired 14,000 ft. So we did not have much time. Mark Ehrmantraut did outside video for us. Burk Reiman, Dan Pillasch, Dmitry Grinberg and I got together. But unfortunately, Tim Roberts just missed getting in with us before we needed to break off for opening. This was shot on my helmet mounted Insta360 X3 and rendered to a flat 1920x1080 video. And yes, it was raining a little bit. Enjoy!
