In the second session of our special webinar series, "The Intelligence-Policy Crisis: Intelligence Function in the Age of Populism and Democratic Backsliding", we looked overseas to the upheavals in the relations between policymakers and the intelligence in Poland during the "Law and Justice" Government and in the United States during Trump's second administration. Speakers: Col. (Ret.) Grzegorz Małecki, former director of the Polish foreign intelligence agency (AW), and Prof. David V. Gioe, British Academy Global Professor in the Department of War Studies at King’s College London and a former CIA analyst.
