In this video, you will learn how to reset your Clearblue Easy Fertility monitor. Honestly, I had no idea you needed to reset them. The last time I used it was in 2010 when we were trying to get pregnant the first time. Now we are planning to have a second child, so after the first cycle ending in a negative pregnancy test, I decided to get the fertility monitor back out to better our chances. When I took it out, I followed the instructions to get it back and turned it on for day 2 of my cycle. By day 7 and it hadn't asked me to insert a stick, I knew something was off. I called the customer service and they informed me that it was because I never reset it for this new cycle from when I used it 5 years ago. The monitor thought I had a very looooooooong cycle!! By day 10 it asked to insert a stick, so it was back to normal, After that cycle ended with me not being pregnant, I decided to reset it. How to reset the ClearBlue Easy Fertility Monitor • Show on /off button • Show M button • Take a stick – not used, put under water to have blue line – while machine is off – insert into machine (show the cut angle and HOW to insert) • Hold down M button • While pressing the M button, turn on the machine. You will get and error message, keep holding the M button down • It takes 20-30 seconds, but you will see all of the icons pop up on the screen all at once • Take out the test stick • Then you will see, the 2 dashes in the top right corner (which will be the number of the day in your cycle).
