I wanted to make video to show you the whole process so you don't miss a thing! 😄 IT IS NOT COMPLICATED IT IS ONLY TAKING A LOT OF TIME TO BE SLOW COOKED. 😊 INGRIDIENTS: 30 sour cabbage leaves (smaller or cutted in half) 1 kg organic minced veal 4-5 onions chopped 4 shredded carrots 200gr shredded celery Salt Pepper Ground paprika 4 bay leaves M 4 lista lovora 1/2 cup washed raw rice Olive oil 400 gr smoked ribs 300gr smoked bakon Sastojci: 30 listova kiselog kupusa 1 kg mlevene junetine 4-5 glavica luka 4 rendane šargarepe 200 gr rendanog celera So Biber Aleva paprika 4 lista lovora 1/2 šolje pirinča Maslinovo ulje 400 gr suvih rebra 300gr suve mesnate slanine Par listova kupusa za dno šerpe Wash out cabbage leaves and let it in water 1-2 hours. Fry onions and add carrot and celery and stir until soft. Add meat and make sure to mix ir properly with all ingredients. Fry until cooked. Add salt, pepper and a looot of ground paprika. Add rice and mix. Cut with a knife the hard parts of cabbage leaves and fill each leave with 1-2 spoons of filling. Roll from bottom to top, left and right and put top into the pocket that is formed (as in the video). Assemble them in the pot. Add ribs and bacon between each row. Add water until all sarmas are covered, and cook for until boils on high temperature. After that let i cook on low temperature for approx 4h. Cover with a plate and lit. Add water if needed.
