Our trip to Botswana - July 2022

Botswana - A country well known for having some of the best wilderness and wildlife areas on the African continent. Imagine experiencing the stunning beauty of the world’s largest intact inland Delta – the Okavango; the unimaginable vastness of the world’s second largest game reserve – the Central Kalahari Game Reserve; the isolation and other-worldliness of the Makgadikgadi – uninhabited pans the size of Portugal; and the astoundingly prolific wildlife of the Chobe National Park. And we got to do 3 out of the 4 during our recent trip, PLUS a day trip to Victoria Falls. Prepare yourself for spectacular scenes from Chobe National Park and the Chobe River, Vic Falls, Makgadikgadi Pans, AND the Okavago Delta by air and on a traditional Mokoro ride. I can truly say that this trip over 8 days exceeded all of our expectations!
