Kerala Nuns Harassed by Bajrang Dal | Incident caught on video | HM Amit Shah Orders Probe

A group of Two nuns and two postulants belonging to the Sacred Heart convent under the Kerala-based Syro-Malabar Church were travelling in the Utkal Express from Delhi to Rourkela when they were detained by the Uttar Pradesh Police in Jhansi district, reportedly. As per the reports, this action took place on the basis of the complaint lodged by the Bajrang Dal members who alleged that they were trying to convert two young girls. The men started interrogating and harassing the nuns by compelling them to show their Aadhar cards while they kept saying “we are from the Hindu samaj.” The situation worsened when the nuns had to get off the train and were taken into custody. Reportedly, they were even questioned for four to five hours by the police. However, the police had to let them go as they couldn’t find any evidence against the claims. Taking a note of the incident, Amit Shah has promised the people of Kerala that the culprits behind this incident will be caught immediately.
