Billy sells a can of Green Now, a product that's rac*st against grass, only lasts for 2 minutes, and constantly yells at you. On top of that, Billy f*cks a tree every time you order one. There's just one problem problem: Billy hates the environment. So he pivots and starts selling the Big Super Environment Removing Super Pack, including the classic Green Away (now upgraded to remove anyone with an environmental last name), Hercules urine (for polluting the ocean and destroying the ecosystem), and Oxi Toxi (for turning oxygen into CO, and other poisons).
