Russia launched a fresh attack on Ukraine's capital, pounding Kyiv with missiles. Kyiv Mayor informed all residents to take shelter as air raid siren went off following a series of explosions. Ukraine has now claimed that Russia fired Iskander ballistic missiles at Kyiv. Ukraine also claimed that two Russian S-300 missiles hit the district of Kharkiv.
