Required Documents List: Step 1: Find your field of professor in Malaysian Universities. Step: 2 Send an Email to the Professor for Master's or PhD Supervision and get the acceptance. Step: 3 Access the MIS application via the online system: https://biasiswa.mohe.gov.my/INTER/in... Watch the above video for online application: Step: 4 Fill out the Application Form and upload the required documents in PDF format: Step 5: Upload Required Documents: Certified copy of the passport (valid for at least 6 months) Certified academic transcripts: Undergraduate transcripts (and master’s transcripts for PhD applicants) Record of all courses taken Certified document from the alma mater describing the grade system if not included in the transcript Certified copy of English Proficiency test result (IELTS/TOEFL) or an official letter stating English as the medium of instruction Two Letters of Recommendation Admission letter to a Malaysian university (if already undertaking or secured admission for postgraduate studies) Curriculum Vitae Research Proposal (for Masters by Research and PhD applicants only) After submitting the application print the application and Put your Passport-size picture on Pdf, sign/ attest from any 17 or 18 Government officer, and scan and upload again.
