Now, lets discuss some of the amazing benefits of drinking banana tea regularly. 1. First, banana tea can help to promote relaxation and regulate sleep. This is why it is often enjoyed at night time or just before bed. This is often attributed to the high levels of serotonin, dopamine and tryptophan which is found in banana tea.
