Rolex GMT Master II 116710BLNR Review/Overview

This video looks at the Rolex GMT Master II. The BLNR is the first to introduce the two tone cerachrome bezel. This is the first time they used the Black and Blue combination and first color combination with a cerachrome bezel. Previously Rolex has done the blue and red (Pepsi), red and black (Coke), all black, and now the Black and Blue (a.k.a Batman, Bruiser, BLNR). Specs: 904L Stainless Steel Maxi Dial (bigger hour markers) 40mm 3186 Movement EasyLink adjustment Polished centerlinks Solid centerlinks & thicker clasp The ceramic blue reacts to different lighting with different shades of blue, which is one of the reasons people love this watch. There are several things to love about this watch and very few things not to like. I really wish all Rolex's had the glidelock clasp, but the easylink gets the job done. Note: I made a mistake with the timezone explaination. I said noon when I should've said midnight and swapped the two. Even though midnight is black and blue is noon. My bad! Things to keep an eye on: Cyclops Magnification - some models have smaller than normal magnification recently 2014-2015 models Polished centerlinks get dirty easily. Its expensive, try to get as many perks from the AD as possible, extended warranty, swag, etc. because your chances of a discount is almost none. Finally, I'm just getting started with the Channel and trying to make improvements as I go. So I know I will make mistakes, but I'm working on it. Thanks for watching!
