Pakistani security sources released a monochrome video on Friday (February 27) showing what they say are airstrikes in Kabul. Reuters was able to verify the location from road layout and position of buildings which matched satellite imagery of the area. The shape of the mountain seen matched topography mapping. Reuters could not confirm the date of the footage, but Pakistani ministry of information and broadcasting said on a Facebook post on February 26 they had struck targets in multiple locations in Afghanistan and Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid wrote on X on February 27 that airstrikes were carried out in Kabul.
