This recipe originated with Maria Emmerich's original egg white bread. I am adding a few ingredients, using only kosher ingredients, and baking them in smaller loaf pans. Although not exactly the same, this bread is close to plain white bread. It is definitely much better than any commercial keto or carnivore bread that I have tasted. Actually very few of them are kosher. This recipe definitely beats the kosher keto breads that are available. My next video will be a similar recipe made without real egg whites, but with egg white powder from real egg whites. Then the video after that one, I will be making croutons with this miracle bread. Ingredients 12 egg whites 1/4 c allulose (helps with making the crust brown) 3/4 tsp cream of tartar 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup egg white powder 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast 1/2 tsp active dry yeast avocado oil spray Directions Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line two loaf pans (4.5" x 8.5") with parchment paper as shown in the video and spray lightly with avocado oil. Place first four ingredients in mixer bowl and whip for 5 minutes or until the egg white batter does not fall off the spatula when turned upside down. Add remaining ingredients and incorporate them into the egg white batter mixing no more than 10 seconds. If not completely mixed, fold gently by hand. Spoon into prepared pans, pushing batter into the corners and smoothing the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes, turn oven off and leave the loaves in the oven for an additional 15 minutes, Cool completely on counter, then slice or tear apart. Each loaf makes 10 slices.
