There's always something to be grateful for and even if you can't think of something look around you and see all the wonderful things God has created. He's so amazing but we as humans will never fully understand all the ways of the Lord. A part of trusting God with your love life is understanding that He may not show up the way we expect Him to. But having a mindset of gratitude and contentment will help you with the journey. -Being Patient During the Journey God does some of his best work in our love life through patience. The best gift he gave (besides his son Jesus Christ) was free-will. We have the free will to be patient or run off and marry or date whoever we desire. That's how much he loves us. Some of the best things in life develops from patience. Think of a caterpillar, plant, or even a baby and how these are developed and require patience to truly full the full potential. That's what god requires us to do. While you're being patient, you should keep yourself proactive on the purpose of your life. At the end of the day, God's sole purpose is not for us to have a love life but rather build relationship that reflect and honor Him.
