John Lewis custom (non)service

I brought a tv from John Lewis Bluewater less than a year ago, which has now stopped working. I made an appointment via JL call centre for an engineer to come out but it was a no show, phoned the call centre and told to take tv back to JL Bluewater. JL Bluewater no help, basically they told us; the appointment was not an appointment is was ‘they would try, they will not replace as they only have to fix it but they don’t know when they can do that and in the mean time they will not lend us a tv. I guess there is always the radio bou also there are other shops. I have been a loyal JL customer who will now never shop there again.
