Tips on how to use the WEB device for aneurysms and in conjunction with other tools such as flow-diverter (pipeline device here). Patient with Ophthalmic artery (OA) and cavernous internal carotid artery (ICA) aneurysm. The OA aneurysm was treated with the Woven EndoBridge WEBand the ICA one with the pipeline embolization device (PED). The WEB covered the neck of the OA, making thus the wire navigation easier for the deployment of the PED.
