How I Use Pocket Notebooks in my Daily Life

Pocket notebooks have been an essential part of my life for certainly as long as I can remember. I always had one either in my pocket or may since I was a student and carried on ever since. At the moment I have three pocket notebooks that I use in my in my daily life and I thought I'd just talk about why I've got three pocket notebooks instead of just one. And, and how I use them and the differences between them. The most obvious one to talk about is is just my journal. If you like my daily journal. And how I use this has changed since I started doing Morning Pages. Then I have the book I use for making notes for the walks I do for ‪@JohnRogersWalks‬ . Finally I'm using a Moleskine Cahier to make notes from Joanna Pocock's Greyhound for the public talk we're doing at the Wanstead Fringe Festival on 7th September. 📓📓 I also look at some of the pocket notebooks I picked up in Marseille and also the benefits for pocket notebooks over larger notebooks. 📔 ✍️✍️ I'm John Rogers - a writer and film-maker based in East London.
