Examine your emails and cases and see which key words and where on the emails they repeat the most. In the video, I have selected the subject field as Out of Office/auto-response emails often contain these words in the subject (this could be also in the description). Once you have selected your target fields, create a validation rule on the case object to prevent email-to-case from creating new tickets. Try using CONTAINS operator e.g., OR( CONTAINS(Subject, "...."), CONTAINS(Subject, "...."))
