I went for my first scuba dive, at about 3 minutes in I start having some sort of panic attack from the pressure of being underwater with all the gear, I would repeatedly vomit into my breathing apparatus, which I had to expel out of the apparatus, I did this for a few minutes before the instructor saw I was in trouble, I was close to fainting, but I just got into a pattern of vomit, expelling it and breathing in, which used up a lot of oxygen, the instructor had to use my 2nd breather which I had to change underwater(which is scary for a first timer) but I managed, then the instructor took me back to the boat and I recovered.
