My existential cosmology and reasons for being well.

After my near death experience during my emergency operation I have been thinking a lot about what it taught me. I have had a chance to read and think a lot about it all and here is my answer to the question many of you have asked me. What do I believe is the meaning of life and the role of human beings in the universe. I still know very little, but I have a pretty clear picture of how it all fits together by now, after many decades of reflection and learning and trying to use all the means at my disposal to come to a better understanding. Take it with a pinch of salt, for my view is just that: the best view I can put together at this moment. It is by no means gospel truth, for in the human world there is no such thing as gospel truth, not even scientific truth. Every ontology and every metaphysical conversation is ultimately based in the few facts humans have accumulated, the reflection on their own experience and a great deal of speculation.
